By accessing the Varlend mobile application (“App”) (collectively, the “Platform”) and using the services offered by us (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. INTRODUCTION
We have developed a mobile application named "Varlend" (Application/App/Platform) that enables you to apply for a short-term loan (“Loan”) provided either by us or by various non-banking financial companies or banks (collectively, “Lender” or “Lenders”), pursuant to the loan agreement you enter into with the Lender. As necessary for processing your Loan, we are authorized to collect, store, verify, authenticate, and distribute Personal Information (as defined below). This Personal Information will be collected through the application form available on the App. Because we are committed to protecting your privacy, we have established this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information. We may also retain and use your Personal Information as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Subject to this section, we will attempt to delete your Personal Information upon receiving a reasonable written request. Please note that there may be a delay in removing information from our servers, and backup copies may persist after deletion.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
Information we collect may be stored, processed, and transferred among any countries where we operate, to enable us to use the information in line with this policy. Any such transfers will comply with the laws of the respective countries.
SECURITY
We value your Personal Information and take extensive security measures to protect it against loss, misuse, or alteration on the Platform. We use appropriate technology, including cloud data storage, and will update these measures as new technology becomes available. While we implement firewalls and other protections, we cannot guarantee that our systems are impervious to hacking; data breaches due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, or technical issues may occur, and we assume no liability or responsibility in such events.
You are responsible for all actions taken under your User Account. If you share your User Account details, password, or any Personal Information with third parties, you assume full responsibility. Losing control of your User Account may result in loss of control over your Personal Information and expose you to legally binding actions.
